Complaint Reporting

Creating Safe Spaces Banner

The Baptist Churches of NSW and ACT are committed to providing safe ministry across our movement of churches. We encourage anyone who might have a concern or complaint about a leader in a local Baptist church to contact the leaders of that church so that it can be managed in accordance with the complaints procedures of that local church.  If it would not be appropriate or helpful for you to contact the local church directly, or if your concern relates to a Pastor who is an Accredited or Recognized Minister with the Baptist Churches of NSW and ACT, or another staff member or representative of the Baptist Churches of NSW and ACT, please contact the Ministry Standards Manager.
